SDPS November 2024 IDPA Match
Marty Johnson as match director and his crew turned out Saturday and got the stages all set up for an early start. Everything went smoothly except for stage two hiccups on the mover. Oh well, we all had a good time. Ryan Harrigan, our fearless club president, announced the December shooter appreciation match will have Nick Harrigan as match director setting what promises to be a fast and easy shoot. This is so we can hopefully finish by noon and get on to the sumptuous vittles provided by Neal Tamagni and Marty Johnson. All participants are invited to the feast of barbeque and fix’ns.

Tim Keaton is brand new to IDPA shooting but no novice with his CZ. Check out his match score. He did very well! Probably, his six years in the US Army light infantry taught him critical weapons skills with rifles and small arms. He is a regular indoor shooter and practices every week. Tim started law school after working for Target. He is now a district attorney in Stanislaus County. He is married with two boys.
